To our Investors and Partners, MnM ArcOne (DBA MnMOne, MnM & Millennium Movement) is a forward looking, “proforma", Multi-National Virtual Operations Corporation (LLC/VOC).

Conceived, for the purpose of serving our communities first, We're, The Forward Looking, Vision.

A Modern Ecosystem of Family, Community, Education, Business, Environmental Stewardship, and Leadership.

At MnMOne, our vision, we refer to this as "Life, as an EcoSystem (LaaES)." An Interconnected and Whole, Community Sustainable Model or as we prefer, an Integrated Life and Services Platform.
 

Which by the way, is also by definition,

a Socially Responsible Investment (SRI).

The MnM ArcOne approach, unique and freshening.  We systematically (methodically) blaze our course. Identifying the relationships to all things, that exist within our communities and society as a whole, resulting in a comprehensive, multi-view generational horizon. 

The results, both clear and concise, a micro/macro view of the world.   Within this landscape, we go about solving problems, with a well disciplined and documented framework(s).  Those frameworks, start within the "heart-beat" of the problem and with a "Root Cause Analysis (RCA)."

This ensures that our data (sometimes personal views), stands up to the "Acid Test" of what actually transpires within those identified relationships and roots out cause and effect, equally.  This in turn, helps us to better understand plausible solutions to our communities greatest challenges.  It also aids in the development of future governance, such as platform metrics, avoidance strategies, and reduced risk models.

In addition, "we also rely heavily on focus groups (Human Analytics) and our own in the trenches experiences," to derive to the empirical evidence, the Quantitative Analysis (QA) and the "actionable steps" to move our society forward, improving the lives of many within our communities and our nation.  The approach described above, in general, is how we also create "working community sustainable models."  Life, as an EcoSystem (LaaES) is such a model.  The Benchmark, in early adopter and emerging Integrated Life Platforms and Strategies.

To further demonstrate "Life, as an EcoSytem (LaaES) our strategy is paramount."  First step, create a virtual website model, designed specifically to attract investors and partners.  Then, the concept of VOC is in part achieved, by simply limiting our Search Engine Optimization (SEO), but allowing the showcase of "MnMOne’s, Full Initial Community Impact and Future Potentials (market scalability)."  

Furthermore, we have created the functioning parts within our business structures, that compliment one another and have direct correlation to solving the various problems within our society, as they pertain to education, business, community, (inequality), and the environment.  In fact, the methods used herein, are of the same principles that will be used as potential curriculum, to educate MnM University students and in turn, made available as "Professional Services," to our consumer, small, medium and large enterprise corporate client markets.

The MnMOne planned operational structures and core competencies contained herein (again, the services), distinguishes our commitment to the communities we serve, the environment, and brings to bear an unparalleled "sustainable modern capability".  All without disclosing trade secrets or confidential information, and yet, identifies current and in process patents, trademarks and copyrights, which are the legal protections and potential investor appraised, asset values.  Specific details of our models, are reserved for our investors only, and are protected by confidentiality agreements, but fully disclosed within our strategic business plans.

As our website, now demonstrates, we have completed much of our research and development, and are ready to execute phase 2.  To bolster our positioning, we have and continue to partner with various market leaders, enhancing our final strategic business plans.  Those plans, will also be submitted to our investors for the process of securing phase 2 investor funding.  As part of this strategic pursuit, and in the spirit of cooperation and collaboration, we continue to welcome and encourage partners and supporters to T.E.A.M. with MnMOne, and provide within their areas of professional expertise, guidance and support, by participating in our Formal Request for Proposal (RFP - by invitation only).

Through this process, MnMOne anticipates refining and evolving its operational requirements and bolster its positioning with investors to with the further involvement of its "Trusted Partners," participating in the final Strategic Business Plan creative process.

That process will include the refinement of MnM's existing business justification plans and will contain a comprehensive feasibility analysis of the Mission Statement, our stated Goals/Intentions, along with Target Market Plans, Competitor Research and Analysis (Business Intelligence/SWOT).  In addition, the final business plans will contain Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), Financial Outlooks, Budgets, Executive and Operational Support Teams, etc.  Everything an investor would expect, to make an informed decision.  Unless the MnMOne is fully funded within the scope of Crowd Funding.

With the release of this RFP (by invite only), MnMOne welcomes the opportunity to work alongside reputable organizations and institutions, in partnership to co-create a modern, sustainable, more affordable, and evolving educational platform.  This platform, the MnM Academy/University, supports today's socially, culturally and economically diverse individuals, communities and businesses.  

If your logo is listed in the Executive Summary, consider that MnMOne may invite your organization to Participate in the RFP (Pending Logo Permissible Use Approvals).  Now, with the help of our predetermined partners and funding from potential investors andor Crowd Funding, MnMOne intends to shake things up in education.  This will be achieved through its accelerated wholly owned subsidiary, MnM ArcTube Media LLC Academy/Universities, powered by the latest, 5G Ultra, Wireless Mobility Technologies Streaming Educational STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) in both the ArcClassroom  & ArcHome Portal.  This platform is designed Soley for elementary age students but may also K-12 inclusive.  Higher education with specific community, city requirements will be served by brick and mortar location or for the aspiring undergrad on the go through the ArcHome Portal.  Higher education, fully accredited by the highest and most respected authorities will be divided into two categories:  MnM Academy (associate & certificate level programs) and MnM University (Bachelor or Advanced Certificate/Certification level programs).

With this early adoption strategy, MnMOne is paving the way to converged, 3D/4D Multi-Sensory, Virtual Reality Educational Platforms and Modalities. 

At MnM, we refer to these projects as "The ArcRooms" or simply, Classrooms of the Future, now.  What are we solving?  The age-old problem of Purposeful and Useful Training (degrees), Post Graduate Job Obtainment and the dogma or stigma, that plagues most traditional colleges today.  At MnMOne, we have identified this is an American, Mission Critical, Failure Model plagued with unnecessary student debt and post graduates lack of return on their educational investments.  A century is too long, for hard working Americans, to have fought for a good reasonable educational value.

With the advent of The New Millennium, our Rock, The Granite of Monuments and Mountains.  MnMOne, stands tall above the rest.  We endure the change of the seasons, weather all storms and etch success into the granite of Our Nation's Greatest Hopefuls, Our Beloved Children, Teens, Adults and Seniors.  MnM bridging the Generational & Education gaps.  It's the One or as we prefer MnMOne - The Millennium Movement.

In addition, those students who decide to take advantage of MnM's evolutionary programs of micro, small, medium and large enterprise business development, creation and ownership.  MnM within its purpose-built business units, will continue to serve its students (then clients), with World Class Cybersecurity, Marketing, Business Enablement, and Transformational services. This supports the continued growth of its post-graduates, their individual goals, entrepreneurial spirit, and overall community economic prosperity.

How does ArcOne intend to do this? For starters, we look to our partner network of private investors, organizations, and foundations, that share in our values and ideals, for an "education for all mentality," and for whom strive for similar causes, as our own. For example, MnMOne and our Founders community ecosystem partner, "The Lambert Foundation" (LambertHearts.org registered CA not for profit 501c3)." Both of which, are fully independent of each other, but are committed to working alongside of one-another and other, "like minded organizations."

Other such organizations may include, but are not limited to The Michael & Susan Dell Foundation and The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Three early programs that are of particular interest to our Founder, are the Dell Young Learners Program, The Gates Millennium Scholarship Program and Voices for Economic Opportunity. The latter of the three, the Voices for Economic Opportunity, is part of the broader Global Grand Challenges Initiative, which seeks to "elevate diverse voices (That of The Founder of MnMOne & The Lambert Foundation...hm?), and broaden the national conversation about poverty and economic mobility."

In this fashion, MnM has aligned its goals with our nation’s top thought leaders, investors and is taking the necessary steps to revitalize America, starting in our small-town communities and working directly with those individuals with income disparity.  MnM offers a path forward to any person(s), who seek dignity in their ability to obtain training, education, small business ownership, and ultimately, a career that brings about an authentic sense of pride, integrity and accomplishment.
